How to Refund Channel Points on Blerp
Sometimes a channel point reward doesn't play as expected, or you may want to refund your viewers' channel points. Blerp allows you to manage this easily, but to enable refunds, you’ll first need to turn off the Auto Fulfilled feature. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Turn Off Auto Fulfilled by Blerp
Before you can manually refund channel points, you'll need to disable Blerp's Auto Fulfilled option. This setting automatically accepts or rejects channel point redemptions based on the connection to your browser source, but to take control of refunds, you’ll want to turn this off.
- Open your Blerp settings.
- Navigate to the “Twitch Channel Points” section.
- Toggle “Auto Fulfilled by Blerp” to off.
Once Auto Fulfilled is turned off, redemptions will no longer be automatically accepted or rejected. Instead, you'll have the ability to manually refund or accept them.
Step 2: Refund Channel Points From Your Live History
Now that Auto Fulfilled is off, you can refund channel points for Blerps that were played during your stream.
- Navigate to the My Live History tab on Blerp.
- In the activity log, you'll see all the Blerps that were shared during your stream.
- Find the Blerp you'd like to refund.
- Hover over the Blerp and select "Refund Play."
